Overview: This is a SaaS product for OKR management & Goal setting. OKRs (or Objectives and Key Results) are a proven framework of how you take your vision, turn it into strategy that you fulfill with your actions. Given the successes a lot of organizations (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, etc.) are already seeing, we want more and more organizations to adopt this methodology. While embracing the methodology is one thing, the ability to manage it effectively is another. This is where our product comes in and allows everyone within the company (from CEO to an associate) in setting up their Objectives & Key Results, aligning these with the OKRs of others in the company, Tracking Progress on a weekly basis, and collaborate in achieving these throughout each quarter.

Value Proposition: When building the product, we looked at solving the usual challenges when it comes to adoption of OKRs in an organization. Typically these are - Unable to write the objectives correctly, Not able to distinguish between Objectives, Key Results and Tasks, Not able to align individual Objectives with the Department or Company Objectives, Not prioritizing & doing Check-In updates regularly. We address each of these challenges specifically with a variety of features. One of our unique features is the Chrome Extension for example. Since people are usually working on various different tasks & activities (spread across multiple browser tabs), the Chrome Extension allows them to see their objectives, trigger check-ins, add/update their tasks, without having to open another tab to update these items. This fosters more utility minus the friction. Similarly, we have pre-loaded OKR templates, Activity-based Playbooks, etc. to make it convenient for the users to define and align their objectives the right way.

Customers & Traction: There hasn't been much effort invested on sales yet, however we have a few small businesses who are already using the product as well as few users on the free plan. There is a lot of potential for an experienced entrepreneur to take the product and grow it to 6 figures easy. 

Pricing: starts at $75/mo for company with 5-15 employees. Custom pricing options available for larger companies.
