Digital product store making $1K /day

I'm selling my website which is currently generating roughly $1K /day in sales from a digital product.

The store sells invites to Clubhouse, which is an exclusive, iOS only application for networking and meeting new people. I was a beta user and got access to a lot of invites across multiple accounts. I've since found a method to generate a lot of invites and set up a store to sell them. This method is completely private and nobody else is selling these at the scale I am.

The store has been up for a little under a month and traffic is all organic, both from direct search and reddit. The site is extrmely basic and utilises a Vue based frontend I built with the Shoppy.gg backend/embed code.

Invites are not unlimited and sometimes I will have to turn off sales in order to replenish stock. Orders typically flow in at the same rate once sales are turned back on. Generating new invites takes a few minutes and the entire process is mostly automated through Zapier.

I'm selling this as I plan on putting a deposit down on a house in two weeks and could use a lump sum of cash right now. Stripe takes 14 days to pay me out and continuing to run this right now does not make sense for me. I also have three other digital products I'm selling which provide me with enough passive income to let this go.

Paid advertising, affiliates, etc. I've pretty much set this up the best it can be.
