What is the technological stack?

Spring boot, SvelteJS, ReactJS, Postgres, Google cloud

From the engineering perspective the project is fully ready to be used. It has a solid test coverage on all levels (unit, integration, e2e) and a CI/CD pipeline that is connected to one environment on Google Cloud (App Engine).

How can the buyer take this project further?

The app is ready to be used as is. With the right marketing, a potential buyer can showcase a demo to the customers and convince them to subscribe. One of my main goals was to focus on user experience while using the app and I think this is something other apps lack and can be a good selling point. With COVID now, a lot of restaurants/bar will look to become more digital in the future and there is enough market share for this app to find its way to customers. Furthermore, the business model can be extended to provide e.g. a mobile app as well and some kind of a platform (with ads ;) ) for end users where they can just scan the QR code and receive a menu and ability to order from a restaurant/bar.
