What is included in the sale ? the website, the desktop application source code, and the commerce interface with the fastspring for credit card pricing.  the only requirement will be to come up with another name for the product.  the current name was negotiated (at no cost) with the owner of the windows version.  if the buyer would really like to keep the name, i can put the purchaser in contact with the owner of the windows version.what is the technological stack ? the website is written in asp.net.  the desktop application is written in swift (developed on the mac using xcode ide).  the database used by the desktop application is sqlite.which parts of the project are incomplete ? project is complete and is now up and ready for sales.do you have any traffic ?this is a new application just recently put up. however, this mac version was based off of a windows version (owned by one of my development partners).  currently, the windows version sells about 8 to 10 copies of the software a month on average (price between 80 and 120 dollars).  only real advertising for the windows version is google ads.why are you selling ?i have another opportunity to sell a physical product and i can't devote the time and money to marketing both.how can the future owner turn the project into a business ?everything is setup for the owner of the application to sell online under their own business.  currently i have the site under an llc, but since it is so new, i will be keeping that company/name.
