A SaaS platform for companies trying to add/build FAQ pages on their website, it allows you to create FAQ pages, embed faqs on any page, for eg using Faqlo you can embed FAQs on your Shopify pages, WordPress website or any webpage, allows you to categorize FAQs easily based on your domain.

It was built for Live Chat Support teams in mind. 

Which is fully indexable and searchable by Google, building your SEO, you can quickly search for FAQs during customer support or sales pitch.

It is also a social monitor after you have created FAQs people can ask questions on your FAQ page, you can also monitor social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram for questions related to your product and add them directly to your FAQs. 

It also provides integrations such as WordPress, slack and a REST API, intercom and Shopify integrations in process.

Main Competitors are: Noora, Nuclino, Document360, Most competitors provide creating a huge knowledge-base, but this project is not a knowledgebase saas, it is for quick searchable FAQs which can be shared easily across teams and clients, check out the demo for yourself. 

How can the buyer take this project further?

Having created this project in a week, I have just launched it, the demand is there, the market is also huge for legacy customers, it was built with legacy customers in mind, for example, you can setup FAQs for your entire company or for Dynamics 365, then there are integrations such as you can integrate Intercom, LiveChat, Drift, etc providing realtime FAQs directly in the chat support.

Additional features can be added such as canned replies for Chat plugins, Shopify instant product FAQ pages etc
