This marketplace has been created in 2019. The traffic is growing strongly. More and more houses, lofts, restaurants, garages, plants and warehouses are listing their place on the marketplace  for a movie, a music video or a photo shoot.
The monetisation is based on the marketplace fee, which is 10% of the rentals.

Another revenue stream is the download of film renting contracts templates.

The marketplace is built on Sharetribe community, hosted on AWS.
The blog is built on Wordpress.
The website is coming with the two domains.

Right now around 10 leads and renting requests are received on the website every month, but I don't have time to take care of these leads and the clients are going to another marketplace.
