Service that handles customer support for businesses, and charges them per response. Made ~$150 / month up until April, after which I lost a customer and pivoted. 55 app installs on the Shopify app store, about 6 active stores. Working with 1 employee who I pay half the revenue for each ticket to. Shopify app needs to be built out more, but the setup and demand is there. You'll receive the website, shopify app, crisp chat account, and contact info of Jeff who handles most customer support requests. Have done almost 0 marketing or maintenance this last month after joining an unrelated startup.
