Some obvious ones are

• - Add a lower-tier paid plan
• - Expand to gitlab and bitbucket
• - Add marketplace native payment
• - Run developer-focused content marketing
• - Cross-sell with similar GitHub apps

We've also had a few customers reach out asking for a Github for enterprise plan which if implemented could yield an income stream with fairly large margins.
