Engineer + developer, not a good marketer.  I started work on this project during COVID as all work on my main startup grinded to a halt. I developed this method personally a few months prior to creating the website. Now that things are opening back up I need to spend time working on my main business. 

2. Executive Summary

Easy Bonus Hunting is an online guide + software that teaches customers how to earn money easily by taking advantage of sign up bonuses offered by online sportsbooks. THIS IS NOT A GET RICH QUICK OR EARN A LIVING ONLINE TYPE DEAL. Users will make money from one time signup bonuses and any promotions offered afterwards. Typically this is capped around $6k, with promotions offered per month averaging $3-500.

4. Operations

As this is a starter website there is not much in the way of operations. I would imagine as things progress you will need to supply technical support helping customers navigate the guide and software, as well as answering general questions

5. Customers

I must admit I have done little customer research. Early signs point to the target customer being more interested in "make money from home" than any interest in sports or sports betting.

6. Financials

The company is currently pre-revenue. With monthly costs of $18/month for the software/calculator, plus hosting + domain name. (prepaid until 6/21/21)

7. Seller Notes

I was paying for advertising at the start but stopped, this is why the analytics look the way they do. I had/have quite a few other projects going on during the pandemic which my cofounder was not happy about and he didn't want to help with marketing.

How can the buyer take this project further?

This really needs a marketing wiz to get going. After gaining customers I had planned on offering both referral/affiliate options to customers to entice friends, as well as referring customers to a product that is in the same wheelhouse as easy bonus hunting and generated more recurring revenue.
