I am based in Australia and took over the business two months ago. Since then I have redesigned the website and added many new products, started selling on eBay and Amazon and tested different advertising channels and markets.

How does your business make money?

This is a 100% drop shipped store. The suppliers are based in the US mainly with a couple international suppliers. I have been trying to focus on finding and marketing higher-priced items as there is hardly any profit on the lower-priced items, especially after marketing is taken out.

Describe your purchasing and order fulfilment process

When an order comes in I email it directly to the suppliers and they ship it directly to the customer. It is a very simple process.

Why are you selling this business?

Unfortunately, I have been struggling to run the business due to the time difference as the suppliers and customers are based in the US. Middle of the night emails, work and tears have not been uncommon and I am ready to hand this over to someone else.
