Some time ago a good friend of mine had her phone hacked by a malicious app. It essentially turned her phone into a remote listening/viewing device and she did not find out about it for several weeks.

The experience devastated her.

After seeing people put sticky tape and bandages and ‘posty-notes’ on the phones and webcams, I thought this would be a more fun way to cover your device lenses.

I bought commercial rights to the art (the little monsters), created the design/layout and actually had a batch manufactured for a trial run.

Family, friends and other people I showed them too loved them and always wanted one, so I handed several out. 

But I guess I'm just not good at marketing it, because I've sold only a few (literally… like 5!). To be fair, it's probably also because I am so busy with my full-time job that I could never really devote much time or energy to trying to market and sell these.

How about you? Do you want a product of your own that is ready to go?

This deal includes approximately 200 sheets of the product (printed and die-cut) which are ready to sell, the original art/template (photoshop/affinity), the “Nubbers.com” domain name and the simple website (basically just a landing page). I will also give you the contact information for the company I used to print/cut them (although I have no idea if they are still around). This site originally used Stripe but I ripped that out and tried to utilize Etsy for ordering (and also to get more exposure for the product). So basically the site being offered is ‘as is’ and is really just the home/landing page.

How can the buyer take this project further?

Set up simple hosting, do some marketing/advertising, integrate a simple shopping cart instead of relying on a marketplace like Etsy, perhaps list the product on Amazon or eBay?
