Productised Service: Golf Swing Analysis

This is a productized service platform which has been built, beta tested and is ready to hit the market. Golfers are able to upload two videos of their golf swing, which a golf professional will analyze and provide instruction on how to improve.

As a business, this project sits between in-person lessons and educational videos by providing personal feedback on the golfer's swing and access to a professional, all at a cheaper price than an in-person lesson.

We currently have 4 golf professionals signed up and ready to provide their analysis services.

The website makes money by taking a cut of the price a Customer pays for their swing analysis. The rest is paid out to the golf professional.

The poject is built on Laravel using the Userfrosting framework, meaning that it is very simple to expand the code.

It's hosted on Digital Ocean, processes payment through Stripe and hosts video on Cloudinary - all are easily transferrable to a new owner and are mainstream platform, making it easy to handover to the buyer.

How can the buyer take this project further?

As the golf season gets started, the new buyer will need to get the platform in front of customers and convince them to upload their golf swing and purchase. The platform needs no development, it's been built and tested end-to-end.

The new buyer may need to bring new golf experts on board as demand grows, creating accounts for them through the Admin back-end.
