Property listing platform for home owners and agents to add for sale/rent listings. Listings are added for free. Users can also make a viewing enquiry to inspect the property before making an offer for rental or purchase. This is a bundle purchase of 4 .com domain names, each domain shares the same source code (filters properties and site details by domain name). The property platform is built with Ruby on Rails 6.

Why are you selling the business?

I have too many projects and not giving each of them the time and effort that they deserve to grow. I want to focus on a maximum of 2 projects, so selling the others.

Minimal effort, occasionally monitoring listings from the admin panel to prevent spam (not an issue so far).

Minimal marketing. Sites are added to Google Search Console and Bing / Yahoo. Organic search results are growing well, appearing on page 1 for some condos and landed property searches.

How can the future owner generate more revenue?

• Adding Google Adsense or Ezoic/MediVine etc.
• Direct ads - from real estate agencies
• Featured agents (for condos) - monthly charge
• Featured listings (highly listed and shown on the homepage)

How can the buyer take this project further?

My longer term plan was to use these neighbourhood websites to capitalize on SEO value to capture search traffic for key market areas. By doing this I would be able to outrank leading industry players in the local market (in their most popular locations).

Later you could launch a single website that contains listings from all of these 4 sites combined and already have the content to do it.
