PropertySpotter.ca is a lead-generation tool for Canadian realtors. It hooks into the official Canadian CREA data feed to show up-to-date listing information across Canada. You will need a Realtor to provide their own API key from CREA. The website currently showcases data in Vancouver, but it can hook into any location that the Realtor has access to.

• We are selling because we don't have the time or expertise to successfully drive ad traffic to the site, or evolve the site into a franchise model and create deals with realtors across Canada.

How can the buyer take this project further?

The future owner can turn this into a business by creating a successful marketing ad campaigns to drive potential buyers to the website, followed by either selling the leads to Realtors, or creating a partnership with Realtors. 

• I recommend that the new owner spend time creating deals with many realtors across Canada, and maybe even white-labelling the website for each city or realtor.
