A SaaS for Letting and Estate Agents, the service acts as their website, hosting their general about us / contact us pages and also the properties they have available for let and for sale. 

A letting agent can sign up for the service, they will receive automatically a template site which they can start to populate and customise via their own admin portal.

This is profitable, as there is 1 long standing customer paying £148 a month (by bank transfer currently). The only costs are $48 for a digital ocean server and 2 .com domains.

Please note and be aware that some development and enhancements should be completed to improve the service, such as adding new Themes and software upgrades. Changes will enhance the service, the site is working as is.

The existing customer has used this solution for many years and I receive about 6 - 10 support tickets a year from them. A history of these tickets can be provided to the buyer.  Aside from these very rare tickets, there is no effort required. 

The existing Digital Ocean server will be transferred to the buyer, along with the 2 domains. A OSticket installation for support tickets is hosted on a cpanel server elsewhere, this account can be backed up and transferred if required.

This same cpanel server hosts the DNS records for the 2 domains, this should be moved to a server of your choice.

How can the buyer take this project further?

The buyer should complete some enhancements and development such as the introduction of new themes and templates and integration with third-party applications. There are already some scripts that have been written for this and used previously, these can be used as the basis for future integration. 

Absolutely zero marketing effort has been made with this so I believe there is plenty of scope to acquire customers.
