How can the buyer take this project further?

Now that it has gained a healthy amount of organic traffic, the buyer could package this free tool as a SaaS and provides some premium features, e.g for a website builder.

Another idea is to build up API and create a plugin for popular CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
