We are selling the whole business. Which consists of:

• Inventory (about 1000 €)
• Some cash in Paypal and checkings account
• Website
• Facebook and Instagram account
• Newsletter list with approx. 10000 subscribers (haven't sent any newsletters though)
• The GmbH based in Germany

We are selling vegan bees wraps and have slightly extended the portfolio to other sustainable goods. Unfortunately, it didn't get the attention it was needed… other than keeping the lights on (maybe 1 hour per month)

The shop is based on WooCommerce with a 3PL provider in Germany. It's integrated with Lexoffice. There is a ticketing Software. The business is running, but due to lack of focus the business was not doing anything at all in the past two years, coming down from 200k yearly revenue to 10k in 2021.

There is a very good manufacturer based in Germany.

The system is ready, but it needs a driver. Price is up for negotiations.

How can the buyer take this project further?

The wachsverpackt GmbH needs a driver. So here are the areas that need improvement:

• Work on the SEO
• Reach out to Vegan sites and form partnerships
• Be active again on Social Media
• Use the newsletter!
• Increase the portfolio with more vegan products in order to increase the average order value.
