Full B2B SaaS company. Product tests and analyzes team communication, style and effectiveness. There are three technology stacks, a webapp and server implementing a virtual escape room (Vue/node), a Python data science analytics program which interprets the game log, and a portal where the automated reports are hosted. The entire process from game play to published report is 100% automated. Hosted in AWS with CI/CD.

Included are all the assets of a typical SaaS company. The analysis outperformed a human expert in team assessment. There are some small partnership arrangements. I am a technical founder and lack sales and marketing skills.

Entire company was designed for minimum burn rate. AWS functions are serverless and data analysis cost per team is $0.004
