Content Submission Guidelines

As of 1 January 2020 we will no longer accept listings that do not adhere to the following submission policy:

We are a marketplace for selling digital projects and small online businesses. At this stage we accept the following projects:

  • SaaS
  • Licensed Software and Applications
  • eCommerce Stores
  • Mobile Applications
  • Desktop Applications
  • Marketplaces
  • Platforms
  • Domains
  • Social Media Accounts

We accept projects that are profitable or profitless, have users or no users, have traffic or no traffic. The listing must clearly state the stage of your project or business. Stages have been defined as follows:

  • Starter websites - you are selling the domain, fully developed website or e-commerce store with completed content that has not yet been commercialised.
  • Starter apps and software - you are selling software or apps that have been fully developed but not yet commercialised.
  • Side-project - you are selling the IP, customer lists and related IP to your project and can provide information on users, traffic, revenue and profit.
  • Micro business - you are selling a money-generating asset which includes IP, customer lists, processes, and infrastructure and accounts required to run the business. You are able to provide at least 12 months information on users, traffic, revenue and profit.
  • Small business - you are selling an asset that includes the legal entity, bank accounts, IP, customer lists, processes, and infrastructure required to run the business. You need to be able to provide information on legal agreements, bank accounts, IP, revenue, and data for at least 12 months.

Listing Criteria

Listings must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • listings must be relevant to the list of accepted categories above
  • listings must clearly state the stage of development as defined above
  • listings must clearly state the stage of development as defined above
  • listings must have a URL for viewing
  • it must be a once-off IP sale, and you must own the IP that you sell
  • listings must have the potential to be turned into small businesses
  • if you are reselling something you need to provide the licenses that you are allowed to do so

We do not accept the following kinds of listings:

  • Concepts and ideas
  • UI designs
  • Templates
  • Open-source projects belonging to someone else
  • Open-source projects which are reskinned for sale
  • Lead generation and funnel websites
  • Scraped data or databases where users have not agreed to the sale of their data
  • Licensing of digital IP. You cannot sell more than one version of the IP

Domain Submission Guidelines

We are looking for great domains names that are memorable, profitable and have a strong brand association. We prefer short domain names, domains that rank well in search engines or have the potential to generate significant traffic.

Criteria for Submission:

  • memorable
  • searchable
  • exact match keywords
  • short domain names

Listing Requirements

  • please provide high-quality images that reflect the current status of your project, SaaS business or social media account
  • check that you have submitted the most recent correct and complete information
  • check your grammar and spelling is correct
  • listing fields must be completed in English

Featured Projects

We only feature projects that have complete information, beautiful marketing and imagery. We recommend using Fiverr to create marketing related imagery for your listings.


Listings are moderated and may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Listing falls under an undesirable category, like sports betting and gambling, adult, political, religious or offensive content, malware, spyware or similar software and scripts, licensed software or franchises, service businesses
  • Poor listing quality
  • Listing fields has poor spelling and grammar
  • Listing is not English
  • Listing lacks critical information
  • Poor image quality
  • Project or business opportunity is of a poor quality nature
  • Listing or opportunity infringes on someone else IP rights
